JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HVAC Mechanical Engineer with experience in HVAC system design, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance for commercial or industrial projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and ventilation systems.

• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping drawings and equipment specifications.

• Supervise HVAC installation, ducting, piping and equipment erection at site.

• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and balancing of HVAC systems.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors for project execution.

• Monitor site activities, manpower, materials, quality and project schedules.

• Prepare BOQ, material requirements, inspection reports and project documentation.

• Ensure HVAC works comply with project specifications, quality and safety standards.

• Identify technical issues and provide suitable engineering solutions.

• Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and other MEP services.
