HVAC Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Samsung VRF/VRV units and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
• Carry out repair and servicing of Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Samsung HVAC equipment.
• Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Inspect indoor and outdoor units for operational efficiency.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system testing.
• Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain service records and prepare maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Mitsubishi VRF Systems
• Daikin VRV/VRF Systems
• Samsung VRF (DVM) Systems
• Good knowledge of HVAC components, refrigerant circuits, and controls.
• Experience in fault diagnosis, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and handle service calls efficiently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant HVAC certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
• Experience in commercial buildings, offices, retail, or facility maintenance environments.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Location: Mumbai (Reporting to Fort Office)
