- Vendor visits for process verification at vendor for root-cause analysis of typical cases.
- 3G at dealer/customer location to identify the usage pattern for actual problem understanding and trouble-shooting
- Coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedback.
- FTA approach for solving complex market issues.
- Competitor process / design benchmarking.
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints.

- Good understanding of HVAC parts like compressor, condenser, HVAC unit, control panel etc
- Expert in understanding drawings of HVAC parts.
- Profound knowledge of HVAC parts technology and blower motor manufacturing processes
- Good experience on root-cause analysis of defect.
- Well versed in QC tools, DOE, Six Sigma
- Analytical skills and logical approach towards problem solving
- Hands on experience in resolving complex market problems and able to concisely explain and present to related stake holders and management.
- Ability to analyze the data and propose solution future strategies.
