Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Monitor operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for AMC activities.
Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support energy optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
