Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits to identify B2B opportunities in HVAC markets. Conduct needs assessments, prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process from lead to close. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while tracking performance, maintaining CRM records, and reporting forecasts. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and end-users; stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, technical sales, or B2B environments, with a track record of meeting targets. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and market segments; ability to read mechanical drawings are advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proficient in CRM tools and MS Office. Bachelor's degree preferred (e.g., in Engineering or Business); self-motivated with ability to work independently.
