2. Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification – Mandatory

• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate, or 
• Vocational Training Certificate – minimum 2 years, or 
• 2-year Diploma in a relevant technical field, such as: 
• HVAC 
• Mechanical 
• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 
• Electrical 
• Building Services 
• Other relevant technical disciplines. 

Experience – Mandatory

• Previous experience working on construction or project sites. 
• Previous experience in HVAC, ductwork, air-conditioning, mechanical, or related activities is required. 
• Practical experience operating mechanical/HVAC tools and equipment. 
• Experience in duct cleaning, duct installation, HVAC maintenance, duct sealing, or similar activities will be an advantage. 
• Ability to work in demanding site environments and complete physical tasks as required. 

Technical Requirements

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork. 
• Ability to read and understand basic DWG/HVAC drawings. 
• Ability to understand technical instructions and work procedures. 
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment. 
• Ability to identify basic equipment faults and report them appropriately. 
• Understanding of basic workplace safety requirements. 

Site deployment shall be subject to successful completion of the required practical training and assessment.
