Our architectural practice, ANA Design, has been based in New Delhi, India for nearly three decades. We recently registered our architectural consultancy and project management services in the UAE.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models and detailed CAD drawings for HVAC & Utility piping systems in coordination with design engineers.

Ensure that all drawings and models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans (BEP).

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration.

Maintain document control by following proper naming conventions, revision control, and file organization.

Support the design team during concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation phases.

Develop 3D BIM models of Ducting, Piping, Equipment placement and utility piping for HVAC / Compressed air System using software such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD.

Create and manage BIM families, parameters, and templates specific to HVAC components.

Conduct clash detection and coordinate model revisions with other disciplines.

Extract 2D drawings, sections, and schedules directly from BIM models.

Ensure models are aligned with the project coordinate system and LOD (Level of Detail/ Development) requirements.

Collaborate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving modeling issues

Prepare detailed layout drawings for:

oDucting & Piping Layout.

oEquipment Marking

oUtility Piping

oPump room layouts.

oSchematic diagrams.

Calculation for pipe. Duct, Equipment sizes and fitting as per design and local authority standards.

Coordinate routing with structural and architectural constraints.

Generate schedules of HVAC Components & Accessories
