JOB TITLE: HVAC Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC design standards, load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems based on project requirements and applicable standards.
- Perform cooling and heating load calculations using industry software.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment drawings.
- Select HVAC equipment such as Chillers, VRF, AHU, FCU, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and Ventilation Systems.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, and design calculations.
- Develop detailed shop drawings and coordinated drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project teams.
- Review HVAC drawings and ensure compliance with IS, ASHRAE, NBC, and client standards.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Participate in design review meetings with clients and consultants.
- Prepare design reports, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Assist procurement team in equipment selection and vendor evaluation.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
