PA Manpower Planning depending upon work load
Equipment Testing for performance with reference to design and specifications.
Ensure & implement Safe work practices at Project Sites.
Constantly upgrade knowledge with latest developments in Construction / HVAC industry with respect to the technology, equipments, components, BMS, etc
Ensure smooth handing-over projects, complete with all documentation, drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, test certificates etc
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws
Ensure over all Customer Satisfaction and continuously strive to improve CSI'
