We are seeking a full-time HVAC BIM Modeler to join our team at our Noida location. The role involves developing and coordinating accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems, collaborating with designers and engineers, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The HVAC BIM Modeler will ensure compliance with project standards, implement best practices, and contribute to the production of high-quality deliverables that support design and construction processes. This is an on-site position, requiring close teamwork and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and tools like Revit or similar applications
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration
• Experience creating and managing construction drawings and documentation
• Familiarity with architecture and construction practices
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work in team settings
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to technical codes, standards, and project guidelines
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
• Experience in HVAC-specific modeling or knowledge of building services design is a plus
