HVAC BIM Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit MEP to support mechanical modeling and coordination for international projects.

• Develop 3D mechanical models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Model HVAC ducting, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Create and manage Revit families for mechanical components.
• Deliver BIM models meeting LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP teams.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling.
• Knowledge of Revit Family Creation and Management.
• Gulf or international project experience is an advantage.
