We are looking for a driven HVAC BIM Modeler to join our team.
Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years plus experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering. Should be an expert in using Revit & Navisworks. Experience with Engineering consultancy company in PH discipline.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical and BIM Management.
Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.

Project Role
- Develop and maintain 3D HVAC models using BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated design integration with other disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.).
- Create and manage detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks.
- Update and modify HVAC BIM models based on design changes, feedback, or field conditions.
- Work with engineers to optimize system designs for energy efficiency and compliance with local standards and codes.
- Assist in preparing schedules, material take-offs, and other documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure all models and documentation adhere to company standards and BIM execution plans.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
