Key Responsibilities

Based on your skills, interests, and career goals, you will be assigned to one of the following areas:

1. System Development

• Develop building automation and control systems
• Perform programming and system testing

2. System Design

• Design HVAC control systems for buildings
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications

3. Installation & Project Management

• Manage installation of control systems
• Coordinate with construction teams and clients

Note: Comprehensive training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be provided after joining.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering

Preferred Specializations

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Control Engineering
• Related engineering disciplines

Language Requirements

• Japanese: JLPT N3–N2 Mandatory
• English: Business-level communication
