Key Responsibilities
Based on your skills, interests, and career goals, you will be assigned to one of the following areas:
1. System Development
- Develop building automation and control systems
- Perform programming and system testing
2. System Design
- Design HVAC control systems for buildings
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications
3. Installation & Project Management
- Manage installation of control systems
- Coordinate with construction teams and clients
Note: Comprehensive training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be provided after joining.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering

Language Requirements
- Japanese: JLPT N3–N2 Mandatory
- English: Business-level communication
