As part of our growing Engineering team, we are seeking
enthusiastic and motivated HVAC Application / Mechanical Engineer Technologists (Freshers) to join us in the
design, application, and engineering of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in HVAC engineering with hands-on exposure to real-world projects, production coordination, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing project drawings, plans, specifications, and bid documents under senior engineer guidance.
- Support the design and application engineering of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
- Assist in the selection of mechanical and hydronic components such as coils, fans, pumps, and valves.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD for engineering and manufacturing purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Projects, and Production to support ongoing jobs.
- Interact with sales teams, agents, consulting engineers, contractors, and facility owners as required.
- Participate in technical discussions and assist with presentations to customers and sales representatives.
- Visit job sites when required to gain field exposure and understanding of installations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / Building Services or related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and systems (academic knowledge acceptable).
- Basic knowledge or interest in HVAC controls is an asset.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (intermediate level preferred).
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to job sites when required.
- Willing to relocate closer to the workplace if required.
- Ability to start within a short notice period will be an advantage.
