Job Title: HVAC & Electrical Engineer Stem Cell Therapy Facility

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Electrical Engineer for our stem cell therapy facility. The candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and monitoring HVAC and electrical systems in controlled environments such as cleanrooms and laboratories. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, system reliability, and uninterrupted operations critical to healthcare and research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems for cleanrooms, laboratories, and controlled environments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards for healthcare facilities.
- Handle AHU systems, HVAC validation, air balancing, and filtration systems (HEPA).
- Plan and supervise electrical systems including power distribution, panels, UPS, and backup systems.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality parameters critical for stem cell therapy processes.
- Coordinate with validation teams for HVAC qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain proper documentation as per audit and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in HVAC and electrical systems, preferably in pharma, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems and validation processes.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with AutoCAD and HVAC design tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in stem cell labs, biotech labs, or pharmaceutical facilities.
- Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System).
- Understanding of energy-efficient system design.
Working Conditions:
- May require working during audits, validations, or emergency maintenance.
