Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs effectively.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger).
Preferred candidate profile
- Empathetic interpersonal skills: ability to understand diverse perspectives and respond appropriately.
- Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using technology for work purposes (e.g., typing speed, computer literacy).
- Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly via text-based channels.
- 0-5 years of experience in non-voice process or similar role.
- Only Mohali and nearby candidates are eligible.
