Job Description

Role: Hunter

Location: Noida

Experience: 5+ years of IT industry experience

Responsibility:

  • Drive incremental new business growth across the assigned $1Bn–$5Bn Mid‑Market customer segment.
  • Build market awareness and demand for HCLTech services within allocated customer accounts.
  • Penetrate assigned customers and industry segments, expanding footprint and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Execute go‑to‑market strategies for the assigned territory, with clear pipeline creation and revenue targets.
  • Lead executive‑level engagements, including high‑value discussions with CIOs, Portfolio Directors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the partner ecosystem and GTM teams, working with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive market momentum and define effective deal motions.

Professional Competencies:

  • Enthusiastic Self Starter, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude
  • A proactive, self-managed, analytical and problem-solving mindset with a Passion for digital techniques and technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise services sales, with a focus on digital transformation and/or Infrastructure Services experience-led solutions.
  • Deep Knowledge of Infrastructure services, Application Services and Engineering services Sales
  • Proven ability to lead and scale cross-functional sales strategies across large, distributed teams.
