Shift: US Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Experience Required:6+ Years in HR Operations & Management

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should be strong in HR operations and capable of managing a growing workforce in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Oversee complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR compliance
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and policy implementation
  • Coordinate payroll processing and salary structures
  • Manage disciplinary actions and employee grievances

Recruitment & Team Supervision

  • Supervise and guide the Talent Acquisition team
  • Monitor hiring pipelines and workforce planning
  • Conduct interviews for senior and managerial roles
  • Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan employee engagement activities
  • Maintain a healthy work culture and retention strategies
  • Address employee concerns and conflict resolution

Reporting & Management Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports and share updates with management
  • Support management in organizational planning
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Skills

  • Strong HR operations and payroll knowledge
  • Experience with HRMS/HR software
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in US shift (night shift)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree mandatory
