Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Faculty / Trainer to provide practical and industry-oriented training in Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR training sessions for students and professionals.
- Teach recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, HR operations, and labour laws.
- Provide practical examples, case studies, and industry-based training.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, workshops and assessments.
- Mentor students and help them develop job-ready HR skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with current HR practices and industry trends.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, training, or teaching.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver practical and engaging training.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
