Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing HR management activities. The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in supporting organizational growth and maintaining an engaging company culture.
Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Draft HR communications, letters, and policy documents under guidance.
- Provide support in compliance and HR audits.
- Handle day-to-day queries from employees with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-6 months Internship Experience in Human Resource
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labour laws (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
