Job Description

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Assist in onboarding and exit processes by maintaining employee documentation, updating records on HRMS, and supporting employee lifecycle
  • Facilitate smooth new joiner onboarding, access setup, documentation flow, and exit formalities
  • Support preparation and management of employee documents & letters
  • Maintain HR data and operational records, support report preparation, and assist the HR team in day-to-day tasks

HR Engagement

  • Support HR engagement initiatives including employee activities, team events, and culture-building programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement - team activities, and internal campaigns
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure participation and smooth execution of HR engagement activities
  • Support internal communication initiatives related to employee engagement and HR updates

Recruitment Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination aligned with business hiring requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Communicate proactively with candidates regarding interview schedules, process updates, and documentation requirements

Training and Development Support

• Support in executing the onboarding of new Colleagues, planning their connects and ensuring all meetings are conducted timely

• Coordinate external / Internal training schedules, work with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of all programs

• Contribute to track the progress of content digitalization and content creation while working with internal team
