About Human Resources:
The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.
About the Role:
Will be responsible for managing all activities pertaining to HR Operations, benefit management, policy and HR compliance
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a complete understanding of existing policies and timely update the policy documents |
Flag any process gaps and POA for bridging them effectively |
Conducting annual enrolment activities including system changes, UAT and execution |
Rendering timely vendor payments on monthly/yearly basis |
Assisting in policy renewals and MIS need basis |
Taking up wellness initiatives from time to time |
Stakeholder Management - HRRM and entity HRs |
Timely process re-engineering through claims audit and process control measures |
Qualifications:
Graduation Required |
Post- Graduation(Optional) |
Knowledge of MS Office especially advanced Excel like Macros and lookups, PPT |
MBA-HR(Optional) |
Role Proficiencies:
The incumbent should have relevant work experience of more than 10 years Leadership skills |
Knowledge related to insurance policies and industry would be an added advantage |
Good analytics skill is required |
Ability to handle large volumes of data / transactions |
Must be team player and should work in collaboration with other Human Resource department Teams. |
Incumbent must have good relationship management skills |
