Location: Bandra, Khar, Santacruz or nearby areas in Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Manager. The manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, hiring processes, payroll management, onboarding employees and managing optimal allocation of team resources along with maintaining a welcoming, warm and aspirational company culture . Daily tasks include interviewing candidates, developing recruitment strategies, and managing onboarding processes along with planning team bonding initiatives, handling employee grievances and being active in assisting the founder with all aspects of talent acquisition and employee management. The manager will also collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and maintain a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Onboarding, and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in putting systems and processes in place by creating detailed process documents and SOPs needed.
  • Experience in Company culture building, Hiring, Payroll management and Employer Branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
