We are hiring for Human Resources Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR-related employee queries via a case management system promptly and accurately, meeting SLA requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR questions and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Maintain updated and accurate employee documentation and records.
- Route employee requests to appropriate HR teams using defined workflows and tools.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs across processes.
- Support Tier 1 administrative and operational tasks across various HR platforms.
- Maintain productivity and service quality standards.
- Identify and suggest improvements for knowledge base articles and employee self-service documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, administration, HR operations, or shared services.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Professional, clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
