Hi,

We are hiring for Human Resources Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HR-related employee queries via a case management system promptly and accurately, meeting SLA requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR questions and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain updated and accurate employee documentation and records.
  • Route employee requests to appropriate HR teams using defined workflows and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs across processes.
  • Support Tier 1 administrative and operational tasks across various HR platforms.
  • Maintain productivity and service quality standards.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for knowledge base articles and employee self-service documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, administration, HR operations, or shared services.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Professional, clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
