Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Bengaluru. The HR Intern will assist the HR team in managing employee records, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, organizing employee benefits, and ensuring adherence to personnel management best practices. Responsibilities may also include assisting with recruitment efforts, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to initiatives aimed at fostering organizational growth and team development.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Skills in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in industrial and corporate sectors, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
