An HR Administrator manages daily human resources operations, maintains employee records, and supports core personnel processes
Record Keeping and Database Management
• Maintain physical and digital personnel files.
• Update employee data in HR Management Systems (HRMS) like Ensure data privacy and document confidentiality.
Recruitment and On boarding Support
• Post job listings and screen incoming resumes.
• Schedule candidate interviews and send updates.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and on boarding kits.
• Payroll and Benefits Coordination
• Track monthly attendance, leaves, and work hours.
• Send time-tracking data to the finance or payroll team.
• Answer employee questions about health insurance, paid time off, and benefits
• Compliance and Reporting
• File labor law and statutory compliance documentation.
• Create regular reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance metrics.
• Support internal and external audits
• Employee Communication
• Serve as the first point of contact for daily staff questions.
• Share policy updates, guidelines, and handbooks.
• Help organize team engagement events and wellness programs.
