Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
  • Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining process

2. HR Generalist Activities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles

3. HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee data in HRMS (Zoho People or similar)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain databases

4. Compliance & Exit Process

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance
  • Handle employee exit formalities including resignation, clearance, and F&F settlement
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
  • 36 years of experience in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Location: Chennai (Work from office)
