Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our dynamic team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and be ready to contribute immediately to our growing organization. This is an onsite role, requiring the candidate to work from our Dehradun office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
