The Role
We're looking for a Grievance Specialist (HR Specialist) for our Specific Line of Business/HR LOB in Jaipur. You'll be the trusted go-to person for employees, ensuring their concerns are heard, addressed, and resolved effectively. Your work will directly impact employee trust, engagement, and overall organizational health & culture.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns within the LOB.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues with confidentiality, empathy, and fairness.
- Partner with business leaders and HRM to implement solutions and prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain records and report trends to identify areas for improvement in policies, processes, and employee experience.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on grievance policies, conflict resolution, and workplace ethics.
- Contribute to a culture where employees feel safe, valued, and heard.
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations with exposure to grievance handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills approachable, empathetic, and professional.
- Ability to investigate, analyze, and mediate conflicts effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 6-day work environment with multiple stakeholders.
