As an HR Talent & Learning Advisor, you'll implement or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks for the learning & talent development team. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
OPPORTUNITIES:
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers on HR policies/procedures.
- Support talent development initiatives (mentoring, coaching, assessments, leadership programs, and skills mapping).
- Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Assist with HR data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Support HR budget management (supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoice monitoring).
- Contribute to personal capability building with emphasis on digital tools and AI.
