About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamicHR Manager (6+ years experience)who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced, growing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, build HR systems, and play a key role in shaping the company culture from the ground up.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy- Lead full-cycle recruitment across various roles and industries.
- Develop hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and recruitment frameworks.
- Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure quality hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
HR Operations & Administration- Set up HR processes, documentation, and policies for the new venture.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee record maintenance.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and daily HR operations.
- Coordinate with management for salary inputs and payroll assistance.
Employee Relations & Engagement- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.
- Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Plan engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management & Policy Implementation- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Create HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Track performance metrics, probation reviews, and role evaluations.
HR Strategy & Leadership- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive HR initiatives that support scalability and organizational structure.
- Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards in all HR activities.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experiencein HR operations, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.
- Experience in building HR processes for startups or new ventures is a plus.
