RECRUITTIME SOLUTIONS is a newly launched venture dedicated to offering high-quality recruitment, HR operations, and talent management services across industries. As we build our team and foundation, we are looking for a strong HR leader who can set up HR processes from scratch, implement best practices, and help drive organizational growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamicHR Manager (6+ years experience)who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced, growing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, build HR systems, and play a key role in shaping the company culture from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across various roles and industries.
  • Develop hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and recruitment frameworks.
  • Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure quality hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Set up HR processes, documentation, and policies for the new venture.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and employee record maintenance.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and daily HR operations.
  • Coordinate with management for salary inputs and payroll assistance.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.
  • Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Plan engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management & Policy Implementation
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Create HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Track performance metrics, probation reviews, and role evaluations.
HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support scalability and organizational structure.
  • Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards in all HR activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experiencein HR operations, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.
  • Experience in building HR processes for startups or new ventures is a plus.
