Shivjot Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to manage all human resource functions at our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training, and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with hospitality standards. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth staff operations and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for resort staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.)
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Conduct training and development programs to improve staff performance and service quality
- Monitor staff productivity and maintain a positive work environment
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
- Ensure proper staff scheduling as per resort operations and occupancy levels
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand for Shivjot Resort
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 25 years of HR experience (preferably in hotel, resort, or hospitality industry)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
