Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. This full-time, on-site role in Madurai involves administering HR policies, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee benefits and payroll-related processes. The role includes handling employee relations, assisting with performance management, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and relevant regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, contribute to HR initiatives, and foster an inclusive, productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee core HR functions
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation and communication to team members
• Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting performance processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work on-site in Madurai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical handling of sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage
• Prior experience as an HR Specialist or similar role in a tech or related industry is preferred
