Role: HR Manager

Your Mission (Key Focus Areas):
1. Recruitment & Talent: Lead the charge in hiring specialized fresh talent, from technical designers and artisans to high-volume operations staff.
2. Culture & Performance: Implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) and foster a cohesive, high-performance work culture across all three distinct brands.
3. Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure flawless compliance with all labor laws and manage the HRIS system to deliver efficient, centralized support.
What We're Looking For:
Proven ability to manage competing HR demands (e.g., cost-efficiency for Volume vs. high-touch retention for Luxury).
Expertise in Indian labor laws and compliance.
A strategic mindset focused on using HR metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, Turnover Rate) to drive business results.
