Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, addressing staff concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in conflict resolution and maintaining employee relations
• Proven ability to implement and monitor HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals
• Prior experience in real estate or a consultancy setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
