Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Positions. The HR professional will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR policies and employee benefits
• HR Management skills
• Personnel Management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience working in the construction or related industry is a plus
