About the Role
We are looking for ambitious MBA graduates to join our HR team as HR Generalists. This role provides end-to-end exposure across the HR value chain, combining strategic initiatives with foundational HR operations. You will gain structured experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management (including Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management), Employee Engagement, Strategic HR, Corporate Development, HR Analytics, OKR alignment, HR Administration, and Global Mobility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Support compensation benchmarking and design of competitive pay structures.
- Contribute to annual compensation planning, variable pay programs, and rewards strategy.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to strengthen retention levers.
2. Performance Management & OKR Alignment
- Drive adoption of OKR frameworks across teams and functions.
- Support performance appraisals, career progression, and development planning.
- Provide insights from performance data to guide leadership decisions.
3. Talent Management (Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management)
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and capacity alignment.
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, including employer branding, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment.
- Assist in building leadership pipeline, succession planning.
- Ensure effective deployment of workforce to meet business needs.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute engagement programs aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze insights, and create action plans.
- Champion initiatives for inclusion, well-being, and culture strengthening.
5. Strategic HR Initiatives
- Contribute to HR transformation, digital HR adoption, and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Support change management and future workforce capability building.
- Collaborate on leadership development and succession planning programs.
6. Corporate Development & HR Strategy
- Provide HR support in corporate development projects such as M&A integration, due diligence, and restructuring.
- Contribute to organization design, workforce planning, and strategic talent interventions.
- Align HR strategy with business expansion and growth goals.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards on attrition, headcount, compensation, and workforce trends.
- Use analytics to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Present insights that influence HR and corporate strategy.
8. HR Administration
- Manage HRIS records, employee lifecycle documentation, and policy governance.
- Support payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.
9. Global Mobility (GMT)
- Support international transfers, assignments, and immigration processes.
- Manage expatriate policies, relocation support, and cross-border workforce planning.
- Partner with tax, legal, and compliance teams to ensure mobility governance.
