Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle, including attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations expertise, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate HR activities effectively.
Attendance Management - Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR systems.
Payroll Management - Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Statutory Compliance - Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory compliances.
TDS Coordination - Coordinate TDS-related activities and maintain necessary records.
Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
HR Reporting & Analytics - Prepare HR reports and MIS using Excel and support audits and compliance reviews.
Policy & Process Support - Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and support process improvements.
