Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Alwar. The Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and values. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining personnel records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves advising managers and team members on HR-related matters, handling grievance resolution in a fair and confidential manner, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and institutional standards. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training, development, and retention strategies that strengthen SCEH's mission-driven workforce.

Qualifications

Recruitment

• End-to-end Recruitment activities

• Submit the Manpower utilization on COP staff and Third-party manpower

• Validation of the MRF

• Presenting the case to the recruitment committee for approval on hiring

• Recruitment, screening and interview coordination for all positions

• Salary negotiations

• Releasing offer letter

• Keeping the candidate warm and follow-up till DOJ

Onboarding

• End-to-end Onboarding activities

• Coordinating with IT and Admin for asset allocation for the new incumbent

• New-hire paperwork compliance

• Joining documentation and validation

• Entry in the HRMS tool and employee activation

Probation Assessment

• Coordinating and documenting performance assessment during the probation

• Communicating the same to the new joiner

Employee Life Cycle

• Employee welfare (R&R)

• Employee Engagement activities

• Confirmations

• Exit Management and workflow activities on NOC

• Submission of NOCs and other payroll inputs to Finance for F&F processing

Training & Development

• Coordinate and plan for training basis the input on need assessment received from various departments

• Ensuring successful delivery of the training

• Marking learning completion and feedback

• Managing the training assessments

Employee Grievance Management

• Employee grievance management

• Providing inputs to the departments on new joiners w.r.t. employment details

HR Reporting & MIS

• HR reporting and MIS

• HR letter issuance

Administration

• Administration and general upkeepment of the Vision Centre
