Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management, and supporting HR management functions. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing employee relations issues. The HR Specialist will also contribute to improving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate conflicts effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with labor laws and employee relations
• Prior experience in a similar HR role of 1.5 to 2 years
