We are looking for a strategic HR Specialist to formalise our people operations and build a world-class HR framework.
The Mission:
As our HR Specialist, you will be the architect of our human resources department. You won't just manage people; you will build the systems, policies, and structures that govern our entire workforce of office, field, and site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Governance & Policy Design
Establish our HR philosophy, organisational hierarchy, and decision-making frameworks.
Draft a comprehensive HR Policy Manual covering everything from Code of Conduct and POSH to Work-from-Home and Disciplinary SOPs.
2. Performance & Lifecycle Management
Develop role-specific KRAs and KPIs for Sales, Operations, Tech, and Accounts.
Implement a quarterly performance review system and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
Manage the full employee lifecycle: Onboarding, Transfers, Promotions, and Exit Management.
3. Recruitment & Training
Create end-to-end hiring SOPs, interview evaluation sheets, and job description templates.
Design a structured 30-day induction plan and role-based training modules.
4. Compensation & Compliance
Design variable pay, sales incentives, and retention bonus structures.
Ensure 100% alignment with Labor Laws, PF/ESI, and Minimum Wages.
Manage attendance logic (Geo-tag/Biometric) and missed-punch workflows.
5. Data & Tech Readiness
Maintain HR MIS Dashboards (Headcount, Attrition, and Performance Heatmaps).
Ensure our systems are compatible with modern HRMS/ERP and AI-based tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Expertise: Strong background in HR Generalist roles or HR Business Partnering.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Labor Laws and compliance.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to design complex incentive structures and organisational charts.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills for policy drafting and stakeholder management.
Independence: Proven ability to deliver results in a remote, self-managed capacity.
Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Certifications preferred).
What We Offer:
The opportunity to build an HR department from the ground up for an industry leader.
Flexible, remote work environment.
High impact and visibility within the leadership team.
We offer a growth-focused role with strong learning exposure, performance-based recognition, and clear career advancement opportunities. The position provides hands-on experience in core HR operations, a flexible work structure, and a supportive professional environment that encourages long-term growth and skill development rather than fixed monetary perks.
