  • Darkhorsestocks is a data analytics platform for India's private limited companies, focused on research through data-driven insights, storytelling, and social media outreach.
  • SimpliDeliver is an AI-powered WhatsApp marketing and CRM platform helping businesses automate communication, track performance, and scale customer engagement.

We are now expanding our back office team and looking for enthusiastic interns passionate about HRM, marketing, content, and creativity to join us remotely.

Role: HR Intern (Talent Research & Hiring Support)

As an HR Intern, you will support the core hiring process by researching, identifying, and shortlisting candidates across multiple technical and non-technical roles. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment, HR operations, and startup hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential candidates for roles such as Product Manager, Full Stack Developer, Project Manager, Designers, and other startup roles.

- Source candidate profiles and resumes from platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and public profiles.

- Create and maintain structured candidate lists with key details such as skills, experience, role fit, and availability.

- Coordinate with the founding team to understand role requirements and refine candidate search criteria.

- Assist in initial screening of resumes and shortlisting suitable profiles.

- Maintain basic hiring trackers and documentation using Google Sheets or similar tools.

Who Can Apply:

- Students or recent graduates interested in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.

- Strong research skills and attention to detail.

- Good written communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible setup.

Prior exposure to LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools is a plus but not mandatory.
