The Role

We're looking for a strong HR Specialist who's equal parts people champion and organizational powerhouse. You'll drive HR efforts for our Lucknow office (approx. 20-person team), driving engagement, employee experience, learning, and culture in a fast-growing AI company.

We need someone who can wear multiple hats; managing core HR operations while designing cutting-edge Learning & Development programs powered by AI. You'll be at the intersection of people, technology, and culture, shaping how we grow as an organization.

What you will do!

• Build an amazing employee experience across hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Design and execute AI-powered L&D programs to continuously upskill our team
• Keep HR ops smooth, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Champion culture and connection across the Lucknow office.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in HR (startups or tech preferred).
• Strong experience in Learning & Development and Employee Experience initiatives.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, curious, and people-loving.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow
