Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHuman Resources Specialistto join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in managing HR operations, strengthening internal processes, and supporting a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee benefits, records, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle personnel management, employee relations, and internal communications
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Human Resources and HR Management
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset suited for a growing organization
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
