Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee key HR functions, Talent acquisition, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with HR regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR-related projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR Management and creating functional HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and handling of employee-related programs
• Skills in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
