A Communications agency is hiring for the profile of Human Resources - Senior Executive.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Role
Own end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across verticals from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing candidates.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and manage structured exit processes, including documentation, clearances, and exit feedback.
Maintain and manage Zoho HRMS, including attendance, leave records, employee data, and payroll inputs with high accuracy.
Ensure employee files, documentation, and HR records remain updated, organised, and compliant.
Support and execute engagement initiatives, team celebrations, culture-building activities, and internal programs that strengthen the organisational culture.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies while ensuring adherence to organisational processes and compliance requirements.
Generate and analyse reports related to recruitment, engagement, attrition, and HR operations to support management decisions.
Coordinate and support internal training initiatives, learning programs, and capability-building activities.
Assist in drafting and circulating HR communications, announcements, and updates to the team.
Support the People & Culture team in day-to-day HR operations and ongoing HR initiatives.
