We are seeking a Human Resources Recruitment professional for a full-time, on-site position located in Rohini. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless selection process. Additionally, responsibilities include collaboration with department heads, designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, and facilitating onboarding and training for new employees.

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing techniques
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and team members
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment for logistics, IT, or pharmaceutical sectors is an advantage
