Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with management on workforce planning, providing training and onboarding support, and ensuring the hiring process aligns with company goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) management and workforce planning
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in hiring, selecting, and recruiting candidates
• Ability to conduct professional interviews and identify top talent
• Experience in designing and delivering training and onboarding programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
• Must have done some certification and course in HR field
