Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The specialist will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR management initiatives, enhancing employer branding efforts, and ensuring efficient communication between teams. The specialist will also identify strategies to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proven experience managing the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Familiarity with Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and navigate recruitment challenges effectively
• Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus
