This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. They will collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs, build recruitment strategies, and enhance employer branding to attract top candidates. Additionally, they will maintain HR records, support a positive work culture, and contribute to overall talent management efforts.

• Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Strong skills in Hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential candidates and team members.
• Experience in Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the HR or recruitment field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is advantageous.
